In February 2025, Karen West, CSL began facilitating the ongoing “Sage-ing the Second Half of Life - Book Discussion Group.” The current members of the group have been discussing an amazing book called The Grace in Aging: Awaken as You Grow Older by Kathleen Dowling Singh. Karen hopes that for the next series beginning in August, more readers will join the group.

In this webinar, we’ll explore the key role that ethical living plays in the process of spiritual awakening. In addition to a talk by the teacher, this meeting will include an experiential exercise, heartfelt discussion with other participants, and time for personal reflection.

Drawing from wisdom traditions across cultures - while staying grounded and accessible - we will explore simple practices and perspectives that can help us cultivate inner calm, presence, compassion, and spiritual aliveness in daily living.
