Explore positive spiritual archetypes in Hindu, Native American, and Judeo-Christian stories of elderhood, challenge ageist stereotypes, and learn how these perspectives can enrich and extend your life.

As people live longer than ever before, this session offers younger and older generations a unique opportunity to explore differing perspectives on aging, fears about growing older, and what it means to age in different time periods.

One of the central questions in a consciously lived life is the question “Toward what end?” This question invites us to see ourselves as choice-makers, people who can identify a sacred vision and intentionally live in alignment with a set of clear, life-affirming values.

In this 90-minute session, you will gain clarity on the nature of the Inner Elder. We’ll explore the intellectual, spiritual and psychological sources of this generous aspect of who we are.
