Following a career of more than 45 years in healthcare leadership, David Gear, MHS then spent a year completing the requirements to become a Certified Sage-ing Leader. He is a life long learner with a passion to facilitate learning and understanding in individuals with the same mindset. It is his philosophy that becoming a wise elder with Sage-ing in the third stage of his life is a process of still learning and growing. He intends that his pursuit of wisdom, truth and happiness — and assisting others to do the same — will leave a legacy for future generations and for his life completion.
