Anybody can get old. Everybody does. But to become an Elder, recognized by and in service of your community, takes a conscious effort. That’s what Sage-ing is all about, for Raines. Raines specializes in Aging in Community: Helping people build and find the structures, within and without, that help us age well and live well together. Doing the inner work that makes connections not just possible, but meaningful, valued, and even essential. Lots of the folks Raines works with are looking at Senior Cohousing, or dreaming of retiring to an EcoVillage, or just building supports to connect with their neighbors, wherever they call home. As a Certified Sage-ing Leader and Certified Senior Advisor, serving on SI’s Coordinating Circle and other teams, Raines looks forward to helping you map your journey to the community that’s right for the next chapter of your life.
