Sande has been a Certified Sage-ing Leader since 2008, and is a retired Educational Psychologist. She calls her work “Sage Encounters: The Power of Conscious Aging," and through it seeks to help others build positivity on aging, skills, and optimism to serve them currently and in later life. She assists individuals and small groups to search through their inner landscape, explore new ideas, open to healthy change, find post-prime meaning and purpose. Sande has facilitated both ongoing groups and topical groups and online or on telephone individual support and educational sessions.
