Randall serves as a workshop leader and a guide/mentor for individuals wishing to navigate their elder lives with clarity, grace and fulfillment. His lifetime of intensive personal and spiritual growth practices enables him to guide those wishing to make the most of their later years. He is a Certified Sage-ing Leader, a Senior Teacher in the Himalayan Yoga Meditation Tradition, an authorized teacher in the Chen Village Tai Chi Tradition, and an experienced Co-Active (Life) Coach. Randall is available as a guide/mentor/coach via internet video conference. He lives part of the year in Cambridge, MA, and the other part in Tucson, AZ, and is happy to provide Sage-ing workshops and lead Wisdom Circles when in either location.
