  1. Join a wisdom circle you will be thrilled with the insight and support you will receive.
  2. Volunteer in your community. Being of service to others always makes you feel better and you be making a difference too.
  3. Donate to your favorite cause. There are so many wonderful causes that need your financial support.
  4. Journal your thoughts, ideas and feelings. You will gain a much better understanding of who you are and why you matter.
  5. Practice gratitude for you already have. The more we practice gratitude and appreciate what we have, the more beautiful things we receive.
  6. Attend a faith based service. For many, it helps you feel more grounded and connected to a higher power.
  7. Move! Walk, exercise, take a class. Movement is medicine for the soul. And its good for then body too.
  8. Dedicate more time and energy to your hobbies. It will help you focus on the things that bring you joy and help you find your smile.
  9. Listen to music. Music has a way of transporting us to a different place.
  10. Meditate. Breathe. Pray. There is so much power in these 3 simple things. They help you tune inward and discover who you are.
  11. Know and believe that we all have the power to change the world. We just need to remember what we see one the outside doesn´t reflective on what is going on within. To change the world, it always starts with you.
