Embracing Celtic Spiritual Wisdom in Everyday Life (4-part series)

Rooted in the Celtic tradition and reflecting the wisdom of Indigenous cultures worldwide, this interactive series invites us to rediscover a timeless way of being with self, being with nature, and a way that speaks powerfully to today’s challenges.

Spiritual Aging: Taking the Leap from Anxiety to Enthusiasm

The Year of Reflection is based on the weekly readings taken from "Spiritual Aging: Weekly Reflections for Embracing Life." The focus for this webinar, coinciding with this particular week's reading: We will question whether the legacy of concerns inherited from your childhood, long past, stay with you forever. How do you take the leap from worrying to joy?

A Sage’s Journey into Qigong and the Tao Te Ching

This six-part series blends a complete Qigong practice of movement, breathing and meditation exercises with the wisdom of the Tao Te Ching. Both Qigong and the Tao Te Ching emphasize balance. The Tao Te Ching was written to bring order and balance to the world, while Qigong is a practice to achieve a balance of the body, mind, and spirit.

Aging, Spirituality, and Intention

Mary Francis Drake will share stories of spiritual and intuitive experiences that she has included in her newest book, ‘Take Heart: Encouragement from the Visions; Visitations of a Modern Mystic.’ The purpose of sharing these experiences is to validate others who have had them and to discuss techniques, times, and places whereby one might enhance their connection to the invisible realms.

Whether you do your eldering work alone or in socialized settings at workshops and meditation retreats, or through solo meditation and journal writing, remember that the work of integrating body, mind, and soul requires time and commitment…you can begin shaping your life into a noble masterpiece.”
