We began the year with an all-day retreat to discuss what we wanted to do as an organization, and to enjoy some staged plays by Robert Benjamin, our resident playwright. We have organized a series of three half-day workshops on creativity for this year. We typically get about 30-50 persons at a workshop, and charge $30 ($20 for SI members; $10 extra for CEUs). So we’re financially self-sustaining. We don’t charge for local membership, but use the SI membership list as our mailing list (with slack for new interested persons). We have about 5-6 certified SLs in NM, and most are active in CAN-NM. We’re trying to build more interest in Santa Fe, where we’ve been struggling to get people engaged.
